I’m a dedicated Tech Support Specialist with over 5 years of experience. My passion lies in providing seamless support that helps people overcome technical challenges, whether it’s resolving system issues, troubleshooting software, or guiding customers through complex processes. I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse teams and supporting a wide range of clients, always with the same goal in mind: to ensure that every customer feels heard and supported. Whether I’m supporting CMS/ERP systems, Shopify apps, or eCommerce stores.

What drives me is my love for learning and staying ahead with new tools and technologies. I thrive in fast-paced environments where every challenge is an opportunity to help someone and make things run smoother. My mission is simple: To be the person you can rely on to get things done, reduce stress, and keep everything running efficiently.

My journey

My journey in the tech world began at RAI PLYWOODS (KENYA) LIMITED, where I took my first steps as an attaché. I was eager and a bit nervous, stepping into the bustling environment of the company, but I quickly found my rhythm as an ICT Support Attaché. Each day was a new adventure, filled with the thrill of solving technical challenges over the phone, via email, or in person. I learned to thrive under pressure, troubleshooting complex systems and navigating high-stakes situations with high-profile projects. As I settled in, I was proud to earn a promotion to ICT Support Engineer Tier 1, where I had the incredible opportunity to support over 200 staff members. Guiding them through their daily tech troubles felt rewarding, and I relished being the go-to person for solutions. However, amidst all this excitement, I knew I had to prioritize my education. So, with a mix of determination and a touch of nostalgia, I made the tough decision to leave the organization to focus on completing my Bachelor’s degree. It was a bittersweet farewell, but I knew it was the right choice. I immersed myself in my studies, and after hard work and dedication, I proudly graduated, achieving excellent results. That experience at RAI PLYWOODS shaped my career and fueled my passion for technology, setting the stage for the exciting journey ahead! What a lovely, solid beginning!
